We want you to love your iam8bit gear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition items and certain collectibles may be subject to final sale terms.
Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
